So here is what is going down for this All-Star Race. The drivers who have not won a race will be in a 40 lap shoot out to make the final race. The drivers with a win, plus Michael Adkins who won the fan vote, and the top 2 drivers from the shoot out race will race in a 100 lap race to decide who wins the All-Star Race.
